Rent a premium paddleboard and discover the beauty of Condado Lagoon on your own. This is a Self-Guided Rental experience, giving you the freedom to explore the vibrant marine life and calm waters of Puerto Rico at your own leisure.

Daily: From 10:00 AM until Sunset.

Important Rental Rules:
Weight Limit: Maximum weight limit is 300 lbs.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 10 years of age or older.
Self-Guided Rental: This is a self-guided rental. You are responsible for your own safety and the equipment.
Restricted Areas & Rescue Fee: You will be instructed on the safe areas for paddling. If you fail to follow instructions, enter a restricted/prohibited area, and require a rescue, a mandatory rescue fee will be charged.
Tropical Weather: Rentals proceed in light rain. We only cancel for extreme conditions (lightning or high winds).
Check-in: Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the safety briefing.
Sobriety: Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your rental time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your rental, the booking is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.
Weather & Cancellation Authority
Company Discretion: The company reserves the exclusive right to determine if weather conditions are safe for the activity.
Rain Policy: Tours and rentals are not cancelled for light rain or passing tropical showers. Cancellations are only made by the company in the event of extreme or dangerous conditions (such as lightning or high winds).
No Self-Cancellations: If a customer decides not to show up because it is raining, but the company has declared the activity "operational," it will be treated as a No-Show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Official Cancellations: Only if the company officially cancels the activity due to weather will a full refund or a reschedule be issued.
Important Information
Physical Fitness: Participants should be in good physical condition. Paddleboarding requires balance and core strength.
Medical Conditions: This activity is not recommended for individuals with back, neck, or heart conditions, or those who have recently undergone surgery.
Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we do not recommend this activity for pregnant women.
Drug & Alcohol Policy: For your safety and the safety of others, the use of alcohol or drugs before or during the rental is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service without a refund if a participant appears intoxicated.
Sun Exposure: Puerto Rico’s sun is intense. We strongly advise using reef-safe sunscreen and staying hydrated during your session.
