About
Red Paddle Co's 9'8 Ride is popular with smaller riders and is designed for all-round-use. Improves RSS battens help keep the board stiff and stable for maximum performance. Max rider weight: 155lbs.

All paddleboard rentals come with a Red Paddle Co. Cruiser-Tough paddle, Coiled SUP board leash, Mustang PFD, Smartphone dry pouch & a 15L dry bag for your belongings.

Thank you for your booking and we look forward to having you out on the water for a Pristine Paddleboard Adventure!
Meeting time: Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Parking:
Park in the boat launch parking lot. The boat launch parking lot is the first driveway on the right as you enter the park. Park your vehicle and look for the 3 large boulders to the entrance to the trail. The boulders are located just up from the boat launch. Look for our sign, and walk up the trail. You will see our "Paddle Pod" on the left. (2x shipping containers with a brown gate between them). You may also park in the day time parking lot further up the main driveway of the park. Follow the park signs.
Where to meet: Meet at the Pristine "Paddle Pod" between the main beach and the boat launch in Gordon Bay Provincial Park.
What to Bring:
Daytime
-Sunglasses with lanyard
-Sunscreen
-Comfortable synthetic clothing for the weather conditions (You may get wet!)
-Water, drinks & snacks
*We provide a 15L dry bag and a smartphone dry pouch to take with you on your adventure!
Please ensure you have had something to eat and are well hydrated before we depart.
Please DO NOT show up to your rental or tour under the influence of drugs and alcohol. We have the right to refuse any persons who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any given time. We take your personal safety seriously. THANK YOU!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of having fun. We accept cancellations up to 12 hrs prior to your scheduled reservation time at Gordon Bay Provincial Park.
For multiple day rentals outside of Gordon Bay Provincial Park, We accept cancellations up to 24 hrs prior to your scheduled reservation time. A full refund will be issued within 1-2 business days of your cancellation or a credit will be issued to you for your next Pristine Paddleboard Adventure rental or tour.

Important Information
We’re committed to implementing every measure possible to ensure the health and safety of all our staff and guests:
-All high contact touch points on our gear are 100% sanitized between every delivery, including boards, paddles, leashes and life jackets/PFDs.
-We have a First Aid/CPR/AED trained staff member onsite at all times.
-We are constantly monitoring the weather and water conditions to ensure the conditions are safe. We from time to time will have to cancel rentals or tours due to unfavourable conditions.

We Provide:
-PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices) are provided with every rental or tour experience. We will provide instruction on how to properly wear your PFD and ensure it is fitting you comfortably and correctly. Each PFD is fitted with a whistle (sound signalling device) and is intended to be used in case of an emergency situation. PFDs should be worn at all times while you are on the water.
-Each paddleboard comes with a 8' Coiled Safety Leash which connects you to the board. We insist that anytime the paddleboard is in the water, the leash must be connected to the rider's ankle. In windy conditions, a board not connected to the rider can get away from you very quickly. The safety leash must be worn at all times when the paddleboard is in the water. No exceptions!
-All high contact touch points on our gear are 100% sanitized between every delivery, including boards, paddles, leashes and life jackets/PFDs.
-Our staff and guides are Marine First Aid & CPR/AED certified. Please report any injuries, cuts, scrapes or bruises to our staff immediately.
-We monitor the weather and water conditions constantly to ensure the safety of our guests. In some circumstances, we may have no other choice to postpone your rental or tour due to unsafe weather conditions and will offer a full refund or reschedule your paddleboard adventure.
