Item Cancellation Policy for Sensi Watersports
We understand that sometimes changes in plans occur and it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your watersports booking. However, as we have limited availability, we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible to allow us to allocate the spot to other interested customers.
Our cancellation policy for watersports booking is as follows:
Cancellation requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will be accommodated subject to availability.

Please note that all cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made via email or phone call to our customer service team. We will confirm your request and any refund due within 24 hours of receiving the request.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as unfavourable weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative date or activity or provide a full refund.
