**Check-in Info**
Check in begins 15 minutes before your reservation. If you're going to be late, please call us at 484-819-0380. **Please do not text or email**. Otherwise, you will be considered a no-show and there will be no refunds.
**For the 2026 Oxford Furnace Lake season, your booking entitles you to a *ONE TIME $2 discount* off your admission to the Swimming Beach daily entry pass.** Please see our desk staff at the Outpost to grab your voucher and please present your confirmation email to the Oxford Furnace Lake ticket booth to redeem.
**Additional Notes**
-Tips for staff with cash or Venmo @Melanie-smith-20 are greatly appreciated!
-All MMY Oxford Furnace Lake Outpost rentals are located at 12 Jonestown Rd, Oxford, NJ. We do not deliver rentals to other locations.
-For classes and events you are welcome to leave anything that can't get wet with us in our paddle shed. **MMY is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or forgotten. **
-Restrooms are available on the Oxford Furnace Lake property.
-There is no public restroom available at the MMY Paddle Boards shop. So sorry!
-All classes, events, and rentals prices are priced per person, not per paddle board, with the exception of children ages 7 and under. For children riding on boards a $5.00 child rider fee is required, as well as an additional life jacket fee if you need a lifejacket for your child rider. If you book one spot and have 2 people, you must book a second board.
**Disclaimer**
-Miss Melanie Yoga & MMY Paddle Boards does not guarantee availability for walk-ups. Customers must reserve online in advance to be guaranteed equipment for their time.
-We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to bad weather, strong currents and/or impending safety issues at any time. In the event of adverse weather and/or water conditions MMY will cancel bookings in a timely manner and notify all registrants. In this case, registrants may reschedule to a different date. If a date is unavailable, a partial refund will be provided (credit card transaction fees as well as a $3 processing fee will be subtracted from the final refund amount).
-Customers have the right to cancel or request a reschedule prior to 48 hours of their reservation for either a partial refund via payment method (credit card processing fees, taxes, and a service fee of $3 are not refundable and will be subtracted from refund amount), or a full refund via non-expiring digital gift card to reschedule at your convenience. Digital gift cards are NOT refundable, but ARE transferable.
-If cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation there are NO REFUNDS or guarantee of a reschedule. Large group bookings: please see additional terms and conditions in your contract. There are NO same day refunds.
-Cancellation requests must be put in writing to info@missmelanieyoga.com
-All equipment must be returned in the same condition as sent out. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of damage or late return of equipment.
-*48-hr cancellation policy — due to limited class size, you must cancel your reservation at least 48-hrs in advance to reschedule or receive a partial refund. Please note: credit card processing fees and taxes are nonrefundable, and $3.00 refund fee will be subtracted.
