# Important Information
- Boarding will start at **8:30am** with a **9am** departure.
- Please arrive at least **20–30 minutes before departure** for boarding.
- Food and drinks are available for purchase on board (no BYO alcohol permitted).
- Wear comfortable clothing and sun protection, as part of your day will be outdoors.
- Lone Pine offers a range of animal encounters and shows — you can view the day’s schedule upon arrival on board.
**Timetable:**
- 08:30 am Boarding commences
- 09:00 am Departure Cultural Centre Pontoon
- 10:15 am Arrival Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
**Inclusions:**
- One Way river cruise from South Bank to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary on the *Mirimar II*
- Entry to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
- Onboard commentary and licensed cafe available for purchase

If booked out online, there will be limited availability at the **Experience hut Nr19 on the Map** inside the Sanctuary on the day but as they do book out quickly, we highly recommend booking online as soon as possible.
All animal encounters are booked and managed directly through the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and can not be changed or influenced by our crew. This is a courtesy email to give our passengers the best experience possible.
Please note that there are 28 stairs to climb from the boat to the entry gates at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.
There is a handrail along the path, as well as a bench half way and crew that has never left anyone behind.
Please let the crew know if you need help with your walker or pram and they are ready to assist.
