Your online payment covers the booking deposit only. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the event organizer no later than 1 hour before the scheduled party time.
If the remaining balance is not paid on time, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
No refunds are available for guests who choose not to attend, arrive late, miss check-in, miss boarding, or fail to meet the event requirements.
If the organizer cancels the event, guests may be offered an alternative date, an alternative event, or, where applicable, a refund of the deposit paid through BoatPartyIbiza.com.
