Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the client more than 48 Hours days prior to the booking date for Oban By Boat, will receive a full refund minus a 15% of the booked total as administration fee. 100% of the booking fare is due if a cancellation is made less than 48 Hours of the booking date. ‘No-Show’ (Clients who do not arrive for their booking) will also be charged 100% of the booking fare.

Any item which is rebooked from an original booking voids any refund possibility and a full fare is due.

If we make a cancellation for any reason we will issue a full refund.
