Metered parking is abundant at the Kewalo Basin Harbor (1125 Ala Moana Blvd) and costs $2/hour. The parking meters can either be paid through their QR Codes located all around the parking lots.

Cancellation Policy

###Refunds

- We require 48 hours notice for a full refund
- 48 to 24 hours notice is a 50% refund
- No refunds given within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- No refunds will be given for No shows.


###Rebooking

- Re-bookings made more than 48 hours in advance are free
- 48 to 24 hours notice rebooking require a 10% fee
- No rebooking offered within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.


###Cancelation by Trident Adventures

- If we cancel the charter due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions as decided by the captain's discretion the day of the charter, a free rebooking or full refund will be offered.

###Other
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If the minimum isn't met you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
