Thank you for booking your Neon Nights Equipment Rental with Saguaro Lake Ranch. Below you will find some useful and important information to know about your reservation.

**RENTAL DETAILS:**

**RENTAL HOURS:**
5:30 pm to 9:30 pm --- Butcher Jones Beach Cove
*Pick up equipment between 5:30 - 8:30 pm.*
*Return equipment by 9:30 pm.*
**HOW TO FIND US:**
Saguaro Lake Ranch staff will be located at the Butcher Jones Beach Cove. Look for our staff and your rentals** on the beach** at Butcher Jones.
**IMPORTANT INFO:**
**- ALL WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED ELECTRONICALLY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.** Please contact us at 480-984-2194 if you did not receive a separate email with waiver instructions. No paper waivers available.
**- PARKING PASS NEEDED:** Please note you will need to purchase a Tonto National Forest parking pass to park a vehicle at Butcher Jones Rec Site. You are able to purchase a pass from the parking lot kiosk in the parking lot *if the machine is functional*. Best option is to purchase a Tonto Pass prior to arrival.

**- NO ALCOHOL:** Please note that we do not allow alcohol on our rentals. Glass containers of any kind are prohibited per Tonto National Forest regulations.
**Reschedule Policy:** Must be requested prior to the start time of your rental. If requested less than 24 hours from your trip time, there is a $10 rescheduling fee per ticket. **This is a ranch courtesy extended for unforeseen circumstances and reschedules can only be accommodated once.** Requests received after your trip time has passed are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
**Cancellation Policy:** Must be requested **24 hours or more** before your trip time for full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are only eligible for rescheduling with a $10 fee per ticket, no refunds given. Requests received after your trip time has passed are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
**Please note that this is a scheduled time slot and late arrivals are subject to availability. No Call/No Shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.**
**If you/your group takes significantly longer than the allotted time, you will be charged a late fee.**
**Lost or stolen equipment will be subject to fees.**
