These sails depart from Kewalo Harbor and **NOT** from Waikiki Beach. For Beach departures please book on Na Hoku 3 or Ke Kai Catamarans.

All guests must have a ticket (including young children) as each guest contributes to our total legal capacity. ##Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in at the boat itself. Please note: Guests who miss their reservations will not be permitted to rebook or refund. Our check-in policy is very strict and requires all guests to check-in 30 minutes before departure time to prevent missed tours and losing their booking/reservations, no exceptions will be made to this rule under any circumstances.
##RAIN OR SHINE We operate our tours in all weather as long as it is deemed safe by our trained captains.
Honolulu has many events (and busy parking lots!) and we strongly recommend that our guests check for road closures, parades, and events and plan ahead to prevent missed reservations 🌸 Visitors to Hawaii: We strongly discourage guests from booking any tours for their date of arrival as we cannot make exceptions to any policies if guests miss tours due to flight delays, traffic, etc. Please consider this when booking tours for your date of arrival to our beautiful island.

Parking is not provided but recommended at Kewalo Basin Harbor by the secure paid parking ($1.50-$3.00/hour)
##Additional information
Guests looking to consume alcoholic beverages will need to present a valid photo ID, guests with questionable IDs may be required to show a secondary piece of valid photo ID with birth date. Please note: our tours can present a party and bar atmosphere that may not be suitable for children or those looking for a calm environment, especially our evening and weekend tours.
Due to our off-the-pier style of boarding, our tours are not considered wheelchair accessible or recommended for those who may need assistance using steps/stairs. During our tours, depending on the wind and waves, water may come aboard and splash guests especially those sitting in the forward section of the boat. For safety reasons, we require all guests to remain seated while the vessel is in motion, and for those wishing to relocate or request beverage service, to ask for crew assistance before moving about the vessel. We cannot promise guests that they will stay dry during our tours, we are at the mercy of the sea! ⚓️
Children are permitted on the tour however our tours can present a party atmosphere so we do advise parents to keep this in mind. **All children require their own ticket. Guests will not be permitted to board with young children if they do not have their own ticket as they do contribute to our total capacity.**
Please note: For safety reasons, all drink services will be halted in the Kewalo Harbor channel when departing and returning to the beach as the crew will be performing mandatory safety procedures.
We will not allow already inebriated guests on board, we have the right to refuse service, and we have to right to stop drink services on board.
Please note that gratuity is not included in the ticket price, if our team did a great job feel free to leave them a cash or Venmo tip onboard!
Cancellation Policy
Guests who are looking to cancel and refund, or reschedule/rebook must give at least 24 hours' notice. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as a minimum number of booked guests, maintenance, etc.
*GROUPS OF 20 OR LARGER REQUIRE 72 HOURS NOTICE TO MODIFY, CANCEL or REFUND BOOKINGS. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGE WITH NO REBOOKING OR REFUND OPTIONS*
Please note: **RAIN OR SHINE**, our tours will operate. If conditions are deemed dangerous by our captain and team, will cancel the tour ahead of time. Guests will not be permitted to cancel or make changes to bookings within 24 hours of the departure time, regardless of the weather forecast. We will only operate during safe conditions and we consider the rain completely safe. Please keep this in mind when making bookings during rainy days or seasons
Guests must contact us by phone (808-386-7422) or email alohaboatshawaii@gmail.com to rebook, cancel or inquire about a cancellation. **No-shows, guests who miss the boat, and those canceling within 24 hours of departure will not receive any refunds or rebooking options. Guests who go to the wrong vessel or wrong location will not receive any options to rebook or refund.**
