- Our departure location is The Wharf Mooloolaba, 123 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba, QLD, 4575.
- Set Sail Cruises departs from the commercial jetty out the front of The Dock. Please wait at the top of the jetty (out the front of Spero Greek restaurant) and the crew will collect you.
- Please note, parking at The Wharf may be limited. Please allow plenty of time to find parking prior to your cruise.
- All passengers board and travel at their own risk. The Skipper and the owners shall not be responsible for any injury to person or damage to personal property arising out of any cruise.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on board the vessel.
- Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy
If the tour operator cancels the tour due to weather or any other event, an alternative tour date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to travel will receive a refund of the full amount, less deposit. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of travel will forfeit the full amount paid including the deposit amount.
All cancellations must be made in writing, via email.
