Be pampered on board with a tailored itinerary which includes the world icon Whitehaven Beach and the glorious outlook at Hill Inlet. We also include one of the best snorkeling spots the Whitsundays has to offer. Alternatively, you can spend longer on Whitehaven Beach. It's up to you. This is your special day.
This spacious yacht has a fully air-conditioned large dining and bar area down below, white upholstery as well as a spacious cockpit with full awnings so you can enjoy the comfort of sitting on deck. Slip into the fringing reef off the back deck. Enjoy a beautiful morning tea/scrumptious lunch and afternoon fruit and cheese platter with a complimentary glass of bubbles.
Plug in your own music to our up-to-date digital stereo. Sunbake on deck and watch the world go by.
Terms
You can pay 50% non-refundable deposit of the charter price at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid before the charter sails.
You will get the option to move to another date if we cancel due to weather or a full refund.
No BYOG as we are fully licensed.
Ask us for pre-purchased alcohol packages.

#What to Bring
- Soft duffel bags. We cannot fit large hard shell suitcases. Cabin size hard-shell is fine
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Water Bottle - We have plenty of chilled water available on board, but we don't supply plastic cups to protect the environment. We don't sell bottled water but you can use your water bottle to take to the beach.
- Our fully licensed bar accepts EFTPOS. No BYO Drinks.
- If you require prescription masks or wetsuits, you can hire these from Aqua Dive Airlie Beach $20pp a day at Shop 13 Coral Sea Marina (North) next to the Kiosk Cafe ph.4946 4074 - at the same marina where we depart. You MUST hire them the day before the sail as they are often not open before we depart. Business Hours 8-4pm All wetsuits are to be returned around the back of their shop when sail is finished.

#General Information
Wetsuit hire is advisable in the Winter months as water temperature can drop below 20 degrees.
Day charters will need to be fitted the day prior to sailing.
A Credit card must be provided at the time of hire.
Adults/Children wetsuit hire 1 - 2 day hire - $15pp
Adults/Children wetsuit hire 3 nights hire - $25pp
Adults/Children wetsuit hire 4- 5 nights hire -$30pp
Adults/Children wetsuit hire 6-7 nights hire - $35pp
Government Taxes
Environmental Management Charge (EMC) is a government reef tax used for funding to conserve the Great Barrier Reef which has been exposed to major bleaching. Climate change continues to be the major threat to the reef.
Whitsunday Sailing is required by law to collect this tax on behalf of the GBRMPA - (Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority)
Queensland Parks & Wildlife also charge for entering national parks in the marine park.
Charges for both Reef & National Park taxes will need to be paid on the first day of your sail to Whitsunday Sailing staff.
Price is $10pp per day for adults and children.
This is mandatory for all guests when on all day sails and overnight sailing.
Cancellation Policy
ITINERARY
Itinerary can change due to weather/tides.
The Master must be obeyed at all times.
PAYMENT
If you have chosen to pay a 50% deposit, the final amount must be paid within a month of the sailing date.
Cancellations 30 days before departure will result in 100% of the payment. Cancellation 60 days before departure will result in 50% of the payment.
Travel insurance is strongly advised to protect against unexpected circumstances which might result in cancellation of the booking.
You will receive a refund if we cancel for any reason or the option to move to another sailing date.
LUGGAGE AND WHAT TO BRING
We will only allow duffle bags - approx 15 kgs of luggage on board.
Please bring water bottles and you can help yourself to chilled water on deck. Please note, we do not sell bottles of water because of the pollution they cause to the environment.
Please bring extra warm clothes especially in water from June to September when it can get cool on the water.
ALCOHOL
No BYOG please. We are fully licensed.
We will only allow duffle bags - approx 15 kgs of luggage on board.
Please bring water bottles and you can help yourself to chilled water on deck. Please note, we do not sell bottles of water because of the pollution they cause to the environment.
Please bring extra warm clothes especially in water from June to September when it can get cool on the water.
