You’ve booked your gear with **White Water Adventurers**, and your Class I–II river adventure is officially ON! The only thing standing between you and an awesome day on the water? A few quick steps to get ready.
This is gonna be fun—but first, let’s make sure everyone’s in the loop and fully prepped for splashy good times.
# ✍️ WAIVER TIME—DO THIS FIRST!
Before anyone touches a paddle, **EVERY SINGLE GUEST** must complete an **electronic waiver**. No waiver = no trip = serious FOMO.
Here’s what you need to know:
📧 Waiver links are in your confirmation email—**forward that email to your crew!**
💻 Waivers must be filled out **online only** (no paper, no pen, no exceptions!)
👶 Anyone under 18? A parent or legal guardian has to sign for them.
👉 Do it now so you’re not scrambling the morning of. Trust us—future you will thank you.

🕒 Arrive **15–20 minutes before** your scheduled trip time
We’ll gear you up, give you a quick safety rundown, travel upstream to the launch area.
Bring:
✅ A **driver’s license + credit card** for your gear deposit

🕶️ Eyewear with a strap (unless you like playing “Find the Sunglasses” in the river)
🧺 A dry change of clothes + towels for post-adventure freshening up
💵 Extra cash for sweet merch, and snacks
🚗 Lock your personal items in your car and hand your keys to the check-in crew (they’re pros).
👋 You’ll be with other cool folks, so please be on time—we *cannot* wait for late arrivals. Show up more than **30 minutes late**, and the boat sails without you (literally).

You’ll get a **15-minute safety briefing** before launch—quick, helpful, and a great chance to ask any “what if I fall in?” questions.
🚫 Quick heads-up: **No alcohol is allowed** in Ohiopyle State Park. Let’s keep it classy and kick back after the paddle.

Cancellation Policy
We welcome the opportunity to have you as our guest.
You may cancel at any time. **If you cancel day of tour, you will not receive a refund and forfeit all monies paid.**
**Refundable Ticket**
Cancellation: 90% refund if canceled up to **14 days** prior to trip. Refunds do not include the convenience fee amount for online booking as this is remitted to a Third Party processor.
Rebooking: One free rebooking up to 24 hours before the trip.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to trip. Reservations made within 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
**Trip Protection for Refundable Tickets**
If you purchased trip protection, your cancellation window has been extended up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. You'll be fully refunded for the ticket (minus the trip protection and fees).

**What if we cancel?**
We reserve the right to cancel for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, river conditions, passenger count, mechanical issues, safety for you, our guests, and our crew. We'll do our best to reschedule your trip based on availability or you'll be issued a gift card to return another time.
