**PRE-ARRIVAL WAIVER:**
Be on the lookout for a pre-arrival waiver we're sending you, via email, from no-reply@wherewolf.co.nz. Please fill out this form before you arrive to save some time and maximize fun!
**FOOD RESTRICTIONS (PLEASE READ):**
Please let us know in advance how many people in your group are vegetarian (or don't eat pork, beef, chicken, or seafood) vegan, or gluten-free. There may be surcharges for certain dietary restrictions and cannot guarantee all dietary restrictions accommodated. Bobby’s Bike Hike can accommodate vegetarians or those who don’t eat beef or pork but have limited options for gluten-free or vegan diets. Because we pre-pay for all of the food in advance, failure to notify us may incur extra cost.
**GRATUITY:**
In the tour industry, it is customary to tip the tour guide. Therefore, if you enjoyed your tour, please make sure to take care of your guide. $10-15 per person is a standard gratuity for this particular tour. All guides accept Venmo or cash. No ATM on site.
**NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS:**
No refunds or rescheduling of your tour within 72 hours prior to the tour (24 hrs if you pre-purchased non-refundable Breathe Easy Trip Insurance). No exceptions: Not if your flight was late, if there was traffic, if you booked the wrong date, if you booked the wrong number of people, if you got ill, if you had an emergency or for any other reason, please contact your travel or CC insurance policy. Any changes/cancellations outside of 72 hrs (or 24 hrs if Breathe Easy trip ins) must be in writing by emailing reservations@bobbysbikehike.com. This way all parties have written documentation. Any tour changes are subject to a rescheduling fee. Late arrivals are subject to be rebooked, in order to preserve experience and timeline of tour (not eligible for refunds; rescheduling fees will apply).

Please make every effort not to be late so that other guests don't have to wait - and make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to check in.

Chicago Favorites Food & Walking Tour meets at the Plaza of the Americas, 430 N. Michigan Ave. Taste of Chinatown Food & Walking Tour meets at Phoenix Restaurant, 2131 S. Archer Ave. Arrive 15 minutes before the event for check-in with the experience guide.
**TRANSPORTATION:**
Travel times can vary, please allow for extra time when driving, Uber/Lyft/Taxi, Public Transport and Parking. You can pre-purchase parking by visiting Apps like Spot Hero. Please allow extra time to park so you can arrive 15 minutes early for tour check-in.
**WEATHER and CLOTHES:**
We tour rain or shine. Dress for current weather conditions. Rain gear/umbrellas/ponchos if rain is expected. Layers always recommended because weather can shift quickly when close to the Lake. Wear comfortable clothing/shoes for walking.

**EVENT DETAILS**
- It's highly recommended to bring a bottle of water.
- Event may run up to 15-20 minutes over or under the scheduled end time
- We ask that you stay with your guide during the duration of the event
- Bring a camera, plenty of views and picture opportunities

Cancellation Policy
Reservation is fully refundable (minus a 10% processing fee on credit card purchases) if reservation is canceled at least three days (72 hours) prior to scheduled tour. No cancels within 72 hours. $10/person service fee for any weekend reservation changes made within 72 hours. If severe weather forces us to cancel our tour, we will be happy to reschedule your tour, offer a gift card, or offer a full refund.
Any changes/cancellations must be in writing by emailing reservations@bobbysbikehike.com. This way both parties have written documentation of changes.
While you may register as a solo ticket on our tours, there is a 2 person minimum for this particular tour to go out. If we do not hit this threshold 2 hours before tour time we may contact you to reschedule or possibly cancel the tour with full refund.
