Arrive at Best Slope Adventure shop at 8 AM, unless you've arranged a different meeting time or location with your guide. Shop address is 257 Sherman Street Suite A Ridgway, CO 81432
TRIP TIMELINE
*subject to change due to flows*
You've booked a full-day trip on the Lower Gunnison trip. Trip time = 3 hours on the river, 2 hour round trip drive. 8 river miles of Class I/II rapids. Along the way, there are great opportunities for wildlife viewing and places to stop to swim. Depending on the water level or preference, this trip can be done on either rafts or kayaks. Lunch is provided.
WHAT TO BRING:
Quick-dry clothing & water shoes. Avoid cotton.
Sunscreen & sunglasses with a strap
Hat or visor
Snacks & water bottle
Dry clothes & towel for after the trip (optional)
Cash or card for gratuity (Tipping your guide is always appreciated!)
*Guides have the ability to store certain items in a communal dry bag. If you have something you'd like to keep safe and dry, check with your guide before departure.
