Cancellation Policy

- Bookings can be changed and cancelled for free up to **24 hours** before the activity start time.
- **No-shows** will not be refunded.
- Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to **unforeseen circumstances** (i.e.: bad weather).
- We may reschedule the booking if the **minimum of 4 places** are not booked.
