##RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
Renter and all operators are required to be at least 25 years or older. A valid ID is required for renter and all operators day of rental. Maximum boat capacity for each boat type includes ALL persons aboard (including infants and children). All persons who intend to be on the boat must be present at check-in. All persons must sign waivers before boarding the boat. Parents must sign waivers for any children under the age of 18 years old. Per Colorado state law, all children who have not reached their 13th birthday must wear a Personal Floatation Device at all times. We recommend you bring your own, but will provide them to you if needed. It is illegal to operate any boat under the influence of alcohol. If you will be drinking on the boat you must have a Designated Driver. No pets are allowed on the boat. Service animals are permitted. Please identify them as such when reserving and checking in for your rental. No barbecue grills or any open flames are allowed on the boat. No gas cans or other containers that contain fuel of any kind are allowed on the boat. No tubing, skiing, wakeboarding or any other type of towing behind the boat .We do not provide coolers, but you may bring your own.
