What to Expect:
• This is a shared per-person cruise. You’ll be seated alongside other fun-loving guests.
• Cruise duration: 45-minute cruise (approx. 1-hour total experience including loading/unloading)
• Departing and returning to: the docks between Quince and Hula Hut.
- Be sure to Pay the Captain Service Charge. We require a minimum 18% service charges on rentals. You can pay this directly to the Captain via: Cash, Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash, Paypal, etc) or prepay this when booking.

Boat Pickup Location:
Boat docks between the Quince and Hula Hut restaurants. Meet the captain down at the dock, DO NOT bring outside food and alcohol inside the restaurants.
Parking Info:
• ONLY park in the upper Oyster Landing Lots. These are free and you wont get towed.
• Free to park in the upper lots. They'll tow in the parking spaces right in front of the restaurants.
• Arrive early to allow time for parking and walking down to the dock

Cancellation Policy
**Cancelation Policy**
- **100%: Full Refund when you cancel 24 hours or more: Full Refund issued to Card** up to 24 hours before booking start time.
- **0%: No Refund when less than 24 hours: 0% of the total** bill/cost is refundable less than *24 hours before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below).
- **Weather Disclaimer:** **In the instance of unsafe weather**, determined by ARB/Driver, customer will receive a full refund. The Captain will contact you if there is cancelation weather.
- If the rental has started and weather and/or rain moves in and there is a cancelation due to unsafe weather then you will receive a refund of everything.
**Damages** Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of **you or one of your guests** regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $500 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed.
