**Approximate Total Duration: 2:30 hours**
1 . **Onshore Preparation**: 30 minutes.
- You will receive a brief safety talk, instructions, and all the necessary equipment to get ready for the adventure.
2 . **Water Adventure**:
- **Outbound Trip**: 20 minutes to reach the Cayo.
- **Time in the "Cayo"**: 1:15 minutes to enjoy the experience.
- **Return Trip**: 20 minutes to return to the starting point.

**Requirements and Recommendations:
- **Punctuality:** **Departures are on time. Please arrive 30 minutes early to find parking, check-in and boarding process.**
- **Health Conditions:** Not suitable for people with claustrophobia. If you have heart conditions or medical issues, consult with your doctor and bring necessary medications. If pregnant, we suggest you ask your doctor''s recommendation and mention it when booking.
- **Reservation Fee:** There is a $3.00 fee for using the Natural Reserve (a requirement of the Department of Natural Resources).
- **Height Requirements:**
Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches / 137 cm / 1.37 m)
Maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches / 196 cm / 1.96 m)
- **Weight Limits:**
**The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.**
- **What to Bring:** Only essentials as space is limited. Wear **water shoes**, sandals, or water-resistant sneakers for boarding/disembarking, hat, swimsuit, sun protection shirt, shorts or leggings, and sunglasses.
- **Identification:** You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during check-in. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all participants about the arrival time, requirements, and all relevant tour information.
- **Prohibited Actions:** Hitting the unit against objects, jumping off the unit, or damaging it. The person making the reservation will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
- **Restrictions:** Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed (a requirement of the Department of Natural Resources).
- **Important:** **There are no restroom facilities available as we are in a natural reserve. Please plan accordingly to ensure your comfort during the tour."**

## Bioluminescent Bay Tour – Important Information
### Arrival
- Please arrive **30 minutes before your scheduled departure time**.
- Check-in closes at the scheduled departure time.
- Late arrivals are considered **No-Shows** and are non-refundable.
- Once boarding preparations begin, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
### Restrooms
**There are no restrooms available at the meeting point. Please make the necessary arrangements before your arrival.**
### What to Bring
- Water shoes, sandals, or other footwear that can get wet are **highly recommended**, as participants must walk through shallow water to board and disembark the Chiliboats.
- Towel.
- Insect repellent (optional).
- Any required personal medication.
- Drinking water is recommended.
### Bioluminescence Notice
- Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.
- Visibility varies depending on moonlight, weather conditions, tides, water temperature, water quality, and other natural factors.
- Wildlife sightings and environmental conditions are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed.
### Participation Requirements
- Minimum height: **4'6" (1.37 m)**
- Maximum height: **6'5" (1.96 m)**
- Maximum individual weight: **240 lbs (109 kg)**
- Maximum combined weight per Chiliboat: **450 lbs (204 kg)**
Participants exceeding these limits will not be permitted to participate and **no refund will be issued**.
### Important Safety Information
- Swimming is prohibited pursuant to **DRNA Regulation 8013 and Administrative Order DRNA 2023-02**.
- USCG-approved life jackets are required at all times.
- Removing the life jacket during the tour is prohibited.
- Participants must remain with the group and follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.
- Caribbean Chiliboats reserves the right of admission.
### Weather & Natural Conditions
- Tours operate in light rain and normal weather conditions.
- Weather, water conditions, wildlife sightings, sargassum, and bioluminescence visibility are natural conditions that vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- Guides may modify, delay, shorten, reroute, or cancel an activity if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Cancellation Policy
## Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than **24 hours before departure** are eligible for a refund less a **10% administrative and processing fee**.
- Cancellations made within **24 hours of departure** are non-refundable.
- No-shows, late arrivals, missed departures, and failure to meet participation requirements are non-refundable.
- Reservations are not transferable within 24 hours of departure.
### Weather-Related Cancellations
- If Caribbean Chiliboats cancels an activity due to unsafe weather or operating conditions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Weather-related cancellations may occur on the same day due to rapidly changing Caribbean conditions.
