- Minimum Age: 5 years old.
- For Beginners.
- Weight limit for double kayak 600 lbs, single kayak 300 lbs.
- The following guests cannot participate: state of pregnancy, guests with recent surgeries, guests with neck, back, arm or leg problems, guests who have epilepsy, heart conditions and/or dizziness.
- Depending on the maritime conditions of the day and the experience of our guests, we can adjust the itinerary and places to visit.

We are passionate about marine-life and eco-tourism and hope that our guests are inspired to make a commitment to protect our oceans and marine-life too. We ask that you do not touch coral, fish, or turtles and please, never feed the fish anything a human would eat. Help our reefs and oceans by using sustainable practices such as reef safe sunscreen, reusable water bottles, and reusable cups.
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the amount or type of fish you will see on our tours. We do not feed the fish to bring them close to visitors. This is harmful to the fish’s natural diet and it interferes with their natural feeding cycles.

* **Punctuality Policy**
* Guests **must arrive on time** for their scheduled reservation.
* A **maximum 10-minute grace period** is allowed.
* **After 10 minutes past the scheduled reservation time, the activity will be automatically canceled.**
* **No refunds will be issued** for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows.
* Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
* Not recommended for guests who are pregnant or have back, neck, limb injuries, recent surgery, epilepsy, heart conditions, or frequent dizziness.
* Kayak weight limits:
* Single kayak: **300 lbs**
* Double kayak: **600 lbs**
* Please inform your group of any medical conditions and take necessary precautions.

By booking, you agree to our terms and conditions.
**General Rules**
* Cancel **48 hours before** your tour or rental for a full refund.
* Cancel **less than 48 hours** before? Sorry, no refund.Reservations made within 48 hours of the activity, as well as no-shows, are considered final and are non-refundable.
* Want to change your reservation? Call us **48 hours in advance**. Rescheduling fees: \$15/person for tours, \$10/item for rentals (subject to availability).
* Arrive on time! Late arrivals or no-shows count as used activity – no refund.
**Weather Cancellations**
* Tours depend on weather. If we cancel due to conditions, we’ll offer a new date, another tour, or a full refund.
* **Do not decide not to show up** because of weather; if we run the activity and you skip it, you’ll still be charged. Questions? Call **787-556-0104**.
