Booking Notes

- Arrive at Royal Palm Beach Resort, Simpson Bay.
Address: 115 Welfare Road, Simpson Bay, St. Maarten

- If at the security gate, inform security that you are renting Jet Skis.

- Once inside, pass through the lobby and continue toward the beach.

- Proceed to the Jet Ski booth on the beach to complete check-in.

- Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and safety procedures.

Important Information

All riders must follow safety instructions provided before and during the rental.

Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating or riding the jet ski.

Drivers must be physically capable of safely operating the jet ski.

The combined weight of all riders must not exceed 360 lbs (163 kg). This limit is strictly enforced for safety and equipment protection.

Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Reckless driving, racing, sharp turns at high speed, or jumping wakes is not allowed.

Riders must maintain a safe distance from other vessels, swimmers, and shorelines at all times.

Use of mobile phones or cameras while operating the jet ski is discouraged unless securely mounted.

Any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy should be disclosed prior to riding. Participation is at the rider’s own risk.

Failure to comply with health and safety rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
