Half Day charters are around the Darwin region chasing Barra & Crab.
Our fishing guide, Flo is super friendly and will professionally guide you to catch quality fish. You’ll use quality light tackle for your inshore trips with a variety of lures.
Whatever you decide to keep, Captain Flo is a certified chef too, he is happy to clean and filleted fish for customers.

We bring you the ease and flexibility of being able to book a whole day public or private fishing tour in different locations with a pick up and drop off services. Breakfast, lunch, and all fishing gears are provided during the trip.

##Restroom Amenities Information
We want to ensure your comfort throughout your trip. Restrooms are conveniently located at the boat ramp. Onboard, a portable toilet is provided for your convenience, discreetly located behind the console for privacy.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY – Barra Private Tours
All cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing (email is accepted). Cancellations or changes are not valid unless confirmed by Barra Private Tours in writing.
📌 Booking Fee
A non-refundable 30% booking fee applies to all bookings once a deposit is received.
📆 Cancellation Timeline
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (less 30% booking fee), or a free reschedule.
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund or 75% credit toward a future trip (valid for 12 months).
4–14 days before departure: No refund. 25% credit toward future booking.
Within 3 days of departure: No refund or credit provided.
🔄 Rescheduling (Illness or Unexpected Events)
Reschedule requests made more than 14 days before the trip can be accommodated at no cost, subject to availability.
- For reschedule requests within 14 days (due to illness or unforeseen events), 30% of the trip value will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling within 3 days of departure is not permitted, and full charges apply.
Barra Private Tours recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, at the time of booking. The insurance will protect the passengers against an emergency that may cause a passenger to cancel their tour or leave their tour whilst on tour.
In the event that a trip is cancelled due to weather-related circumstances, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of trip costs, airfares, lost holiday time or any other financial consequences as a result of the booking.
We make every effort to conduct all trips on time and to the proposed itinerary, however we are unable to take you fishing in the event that a tropical cyclone warning or a strong wind warning is issued by the Bureau of Meteorology for all or part of your trip, in the event of any other natural disaster that prevents us from running your trip, or if wind speeds exceed the safe operating limits specified for our operation by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority. Financial consequences of any fishing time that is missed and any travel connections or accommodation bookings that need to be changed as a result of these unforeseen weather events, is to be claimed on travel insurance.

Barra Private Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking at any time due to operational or safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
