Description
While every trip out on the water is unique and wildlife varies from day to day, animals that are commonly seen are wading birds, manatees, and alligators. In general, these trips are great for birders, sightseers, and photographers. These small group tours (up to 10 guests per guide) allow our naturalists to provide more special attention to the guests.
**Please note that we launch our boats from a beach. Your feet may get wet during the launch process, so please plan footwear accordingly.**
Policies
- Minimum 2 guests to operate the tour.
- Participants must be 10 years of age and older.
- Participants 15 and under must be accompanied by someone 18+
- PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RENTER 18+ YRS OLD. COPIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
- Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policies on the checkout page to follow before booking.
- For your personal safety “Animals are not allowed in canoes, kayaks, or the tour boats unless they are service animals.”

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation by phone. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We launch rain or shine, so please monitor local weather and dress accordingly. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. If you are denied entry to the park due to capacity restrictions, we will make every effort to reschedule you if we are notified by 3PM the day of your original reservation.
