Booking Notes

#Hello there! We are looking forward to meeting you!
##A Couple Notes:
- Where To Find Us: We sail out of the Boston Harbor Marina at 312 73rd Ave NE in Olympia. You are welcome to use their parking lot or the Discovery Pass lot next door, but keep in mind many spots are reserved for boat trailers.
We are a separate business from the marina, so upon arrival there is no need to check in at the store (unless you want to stock up with their great beer/wine and snacks selection!), just make your way down to the end of the dock. You will be meeting your captain and boarding “Manna” at the end of the dock. The boat is in the last slip on the left, by the Olympia Sailing Co sign.
We run charters back to back, so if you do not see the boat at the end of the dock we are finishing a charter and will be back to the dock soon. We do not board early.
Please keep in mind that the marina can be very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings due to the Beer Tasting events, we recommend showing up a minimum of 30 minutes early to find parking.
- Seating: Manna has wrap around bench seating fitted with cushions.
- Food and Drink: We offer a welcome beverage to each guest once we are underway. We do not provide drinking water, please bring your own. You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.
- Bathroom: Please use the provided restrooms on shore before boarding. Once on the boat guests are welcome to use our small toilet in the main cabin. Entering the main cabin requires stepping through a chest high hatch and a few small steps down a step ladder- this can pose a challenge for guests with limited mobility.
- Accessibility: Boarding the vessel requires stepping from the dock down into the boat. It is two medium sized steps and crew are happy to assist you. Once onboard guests can take immediately take a seat. There are handholds for moving around the boat, however this small boat will rock from side to side as folks shift around the boat.
- Weather: Please check the weather before your sail so you and your guests can be sure to dress appropriately- and keep in mind it is often chillier on the water than it is on land! We offer blankets on all our sails. Don’t forget sunscreen and your own drinking water!
- Swimming: Swimming is only allowed with permission from the captain. If conditions are windy or there is strong current then swimming will not be permitted. Crew will ask all interested parties to sign a Swim Waiver before hand. Towels are not provided.
- Tips: Tipping is not mandatory, but is a standard practice in the charter industry. If you enjoyed your cruise and feel inclined to tip your captain at the end you may either give them cash directly or send it via Venmo.
- Safety and Cancellation: Please keep in mind that we occasionally make last minute cancellations due to weather, primarily high winds or storms of any kind. We will reach out to you if we feel that is necessary. We will offer you the chance to reschedule or a refund.
- Children must wear a lifejacket at all times. For adults life jackets are optional unless ordered by the captain. You can find children sized life jackets at the top of the dock at the marina, as well as on board. We provide adult and child life jackets, however if you are bringing a baby we ask that you bring your own life jacket.

**Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.**
Thank you for your business and we look forward to sailing with you!
