We’re excited to welcome you to Condado Lagoon for a guided kayak experience focused on nature, education, and exploration.
##Important Information
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and safety briefing.
- Meeting Point: Hilton Garden Inn – Condado Lagoon launch ramp (parallel to Playita San Gerónimo).
- This tour takes place on calm waters and is suitable for beginners.
- Life jackets are required and must be worn at all times.
- For everyone’s safety and to protect the lagoon, no glass containers are allowed.

- Comfortable clothing that can get wet
- Water bottle
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
- Water shoes

- Wildlife sightings are possible but not guaranteed.
- Tours may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or water conditions.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Tours may be rescheduled or canceled by Glow Kayak Puerto Rico due to weather, water conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

- All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use
- Staff are trained in water safety, First Aid, and CPR
- Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather conditions
