Cancellation Policy
Private Tours
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
No-shows are considered a cancellation within the 7-day period and are non-refundable.
Weather Cancellations
All weather-related cancellations are made at the sole discretion of the Captain. The Captain will make the determination based on current and forecasted weather conditions, wind, waves, lightning, visibility, and overall boating safety.
If Big Tiki Tours FMB cancels a tour due to weather or unsafe boating conditions, customers may choose between a full refund or rescheduling their tour for another available date and time.
Customer concerns about weather do not constitute a cancellation by Big Tiki Tours FMB. Unless the Captain officially cancels the tour, the applicable 24-hour public tour or 7-day private tour cancellation policy remains in effect.
If Big Tiki Tours FMB Cancels
If Big Tiki Tours FMB cancels your tour for any reason, including weather or unsafe boating conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date and time.
