Join us and Lauren Fonvielle, Integrative Energy Practitioner and Coach, for a special floating sound bath on the Rehoboth Bay at the Bay Resort Waterfront Hotel. Participants will lay on a paddleboard or sit in a kayak while anchored and relax into meditation as Lauren plays the sound bowls.
You have a chance for 30 minutes of paddling prior to the meditation to prepare your mind, body and spirit for the experience.
Price includes all gratuities.
Rain/wind dates are the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
