**All guided tours will leave by their scheduled start time.** If you fail to arrive by the scheduled start time you will be considered a NO SHOW and the tour will depart without you. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure you receive the proper safety debrief and instructions. A refund or an eGift Certificate will not be permitted if you are a no call, no show.
###One waiver per person is required before participating in any activities. Please complete your waivers prior to arriving to reduce your check-in time. To verify your identity, each guest is required to show a physical copy or photo of their ID when checking in. Thank you.
- ** Sunset Tour Only**: You will be arriving after hours. Our main office and gates will be closed when you arrive. Please park in the guest parking area. To enter the park, please use the pedestrian entrance to the right side of the main gates and meet at the tour waiting area to the left of our main office. Thank you.
- Please plan to arrive on time. It is especially important that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the launch time for this tour! We want to make sure you and anyone else who may be joining the same tour, launches on time and it is vital that we stay on schedule. Please also have each member of your party fill out a liability wavier so that this does not delay the start time.
- When you arrive: You will park alongside the street outside the entrance. Once you walk into the park, to the left of the front office you will see a welcoming tour sign where your tour guide will greet you.
**When you arrive at King's Landing to park**, please ensure that you are parked completely over the solid white line and that no part of your vehicle is overhanging on the main section of road. If you have any concerns on where to park, please ask one of our staff members for assistance. If your car is overhanging on the main road, there is a chance that you will receive a parking ticket from the deputies. King's Landing is not held liable for anyone who receives a ticket for not parking correctly.
*If you have any medical conditions that your tour guide should be aware of (Asthma, Severe Allergies, Insulin dependencies/deficiencies, etc.) please inform them privately when you arrive.*
**LATE ARRIVALS**

**GRATUITY**
Tips are not expected, but always appreciated! Our tour guides work hard day in and day out to provide you with the best experience on the River.

Cancellation Policy
**CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY**
- To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 48-hours prior to the reservation time.
- Cancellations made within 48-hours of reservation; an eGift Certificate will be issued. All eGift Certificates will be valid for one year.
- Cancellations made on the same day of the reservation, no refund or eGift Certificate will be provided.
- If a reschedule request is made on the same day of the reservation, a $50 Reschedule Fee will be assessed.
- To cancel, reschedule or change a reservation, please email us at info@kingslandingfl.com.

**BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY**
If a tour is canceled by a King’s Landing staff member due to severe weather conditions or for any safety reason at all, a full refund will be provided. Please note, we are in the natural environment. We do not cancel for light rain, overcast skies or any cool temperatures.
