# Buckroe Beach eFoil Lesson
We are located at Buckroe Beach and Park, 100 N First Street, Hampton, VA 23664.
Come to the blue sheds on the beach near the boardwalk, between the playground and the stage pavilion.

Your lesson includes a safety briefing with land based instruction, followed by guided on water training and ride time to practice and enjoy the thrill of gliding over the water.

## Itinerary
* Check in 15 minutes before your scheduled lesson.
* Complete your waiver and present a valid government issued photo ID.
* Begin with a safety briefing and land based instruction.
* Head to the water for guided one on one instruction with your coach.
* Spend the remainder of your session practicing your skills and enjoying the ride.
## Check In Details
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled lesson so we can complete check in and get you ready without feeling rushed.
All participants must complete a waiver before participating.
Please bring a driver's license or other government issued photo ID for verification.
Hampton resident, military, police, and fire discounts are available with valid identification.

* Phones, wallets, and other valuables

## Storage for Valuables
We recommend leaving valuables such as phones, wallets, watches, and jewelry in your vehicle. If needed, we can securely store small personal items in our shed during your lesson.
## Special Requirements
* Participants must be at least 14 years old.
* Participants must know how to swim.
* Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver before the lesson begins.
## Restrictions
* This activity is not recommended for pregnant individuals.
* Maximum rider weight is 250 pounds, or up to 300 pounds when using the Blowfish flotation attachment.
* Rider weight affects battery life and may reduce total ride time.
* Participants should have sufficient mobility and balance to safely operate the eFoil.
* Riding may cause abrasions to your knees, elbows, or forearms. Long sleeves or protective padding may be worn for additional comfort.
## Cancellation Policy
A 6% cancellation fee applies to all customer requested cancellations after a reservation has been booked. This fee covers nonrefundable credit card processing and administrative costs.
* Cancel at least 48 hours before your lesson to receive a refund, less the 6% cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson will receive a credit valid through the current operating season.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, late arrivals that prevent completion of the lesson, and no shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
* If Green Wave Watersports cancels your lesson due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. No cancellation fee will be charged.
## Weather and Safety
Green Wave Watersports reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, delay, or cancel any lesson due to unsafe weather, wind, water conditions, storms, lightning, poor visibility, or any other safety concern.
## Disclaimers
eFoiling is an adventure activity with inherent risks, including falls, changing weather and water conditions, equipment use, and possible encounters with wildlife. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all instructions provided by your instructor.
All required safety equipment must be worn throughout the lesson. Green Wave Watersports reserves the right to end any lesson without refund if a participant behaves in an unsafe manner, appears impaired, or fails to follow instructor directions.
