Due to the duration of the eco cruise, it is not recommended for children under the age of 5.

⚠️ Important Travel Update – Road Closures
Due to road closures at the Lake Doonella Bridge on Hilton Terrace, please allow an extra 20–30 minutes when travelling to the Noosa Marina.
Wherever you're coming from, you'll need to head towards St Andrews Drive before looping back into Tewantin to reach the marina.
Alternatively, if you're running short on time, you may be able to park at the surrounding shops on the Noosaville side and walk across the bridge to the Noosa Marina.

### Noosa Marina Directions
Once you're at the __Noosa Marina__, find the __Noosa Harbour Fish Market__ and then follow the __BLUE FOOTSTEPS__ to get to the __Noosa Queen__. The ramp is next to __Peli's Restaurant__ at the end of the wharf.

We have a Fully Licensed Bar on board with a selection of wine, beer, Margaritas & soft drink available.
Boat opens 30 minutes before we depart from the Noosa Marina. Hop onboard early and enjoy a glass of wine before we set sail.

Cancellation Policy
* **Full Refund:** You can cancel your Eco Cruise tickets up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund.
* **50% Refund:** If you cancel between 24 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a 50% refund.
* **No Refund:** Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund.
* **Weather Cancellations:** If we cancel the cruise due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
