##**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
##ONLINE WAIVER
You will receive a separate email with a link to our online waiver, which outlines our Hire Conditions. The Primary Operator and any Additional Operators must complete the waiver at least 12 hours before the hire. Passengers not operating the vessel do not need to complete the waiver. Please read the conditions carefully to understand what you are agreeing to. If you have any questions, contact us before your booking.
##PARKING
Your kayak hire booking does not automatically include a car parking space. If you would like to use our off-street customer parking, you must book a parking bay separately. Spaces are limited, fees apply, and bookings must be made at least 12 hours before your hire.

Free on-street parking is available but spaces can be hard to find during busy times such as weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
Please plan ahead and allow extra time to park and check in before your scheduled hire time.
##CHECK IN
Please arrive at least **20 minutes** before your booking start time to allow for parking and check-in. On weekends, arrive at least **30 minutes** early.
On arrival, check in at the Kiosk counter located upstairs in the main Kiosk building.
Once all required paperwork and the security bond payment are complete, you’ll receive a safety briefing on your vessel at your scheduled start time.
- The briefing is included in your hire time and takes approximately 5–10 minutes.
- If you arrive late, you may need to wait for the next available staff member for your briefing, which may reduce your time on the water.
- Hire time begins from your booked start time, not when you depart, unless a delay is caused by Kiosk operations.
If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not contacted us, your booking will be cancelled and the vessel released.
##WHAT TO BRING
- Driver's Licence or other photo ID (compulsory)
- Bond Payment (compulsory)
- Mobile Phone (compulsory)
- Hat, sunscreen, poncho, fishing gear, change of clothes etc
##BOND PAYMENT
A refundable security bond is payable at check-in. The bond can be paid by cash or card.
At the end of your hire, **the Hirer must attend the Kiosk counter to check out so we can process the bond refund**. The bond refund is not automatic and fees apply for late bond claims.

If you plan to order take away food, please note that there can be significant wait times on weekends so consider this when planning your day.
