Boating Law Notice

## Very Important: Before You Arrive
1. **Waivers & Rental Agreement**: You’ll receive a separate email from our waiver partner, Wherewolf. Please make sure every passenger signs their waiver before your rental time.

3. **Boater’s Safety Test (If Required)**: Florida law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who will operate a boat or jet ski to have a valid Boater Safety Certificate. ## Parking
We offer **free, convenient parking on site** at Beach Weekend Marina. To keep the lot safe and accessible, we kindly ask pontoon groups to carpool when possible.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure receive a full refund minus a booking fee
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless Trip Protection was purchased
- No-shows are non-refundable
- Reservations may be changed for free 24+ hours in advance (based on availability)
- If weather is unsafe, we may delay, reschedule, or refund at our discretion
**Trip Protection *(Optional):***
Add Trip Protection for 10% of your total to cancel for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure. You’ll receive a refund of your ticket price minus the Trip Protection fee.
