This is your reservation confirmation. Please arrive no later than 40 minutes prior to your scheduled trip. There will be a 5-7 minute walk down the dock, so if you need special assistance with boarding please let us know ahead of time.
If you are not checked in at least 10 minutes before departure, you may lose your seat to another guest on our waiting list, and will not qualify for a refund. We cannot delay the departure time for late arriving guests.
This trip departs from Bluegreen Bayside Resort & Spa, 4114 Jan Cooley Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32408.
You can park at the resort, then walk behind the resort to the right side & check in at our kiosk.
Please have EVERYONE complete our online waiver prior to arrival, as we are completely paperless.
If you are having issues with our waiver link, please give us a call so that we can text you a new link.
***Weather policy - If the weather is unfavorable and we cancel the tour, Paradise Adventures may reschedule you for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. If tours have to come back to the dock due to weather and have been out for less than half of the duration time, you will have the option of a 50% refund or a rain check for another day or time. If you have been out for over half of the duration time, no refund shall be given**

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel or amend their booking up to 24 hours prior to the start of their activity. Guests who wish to cancel their booking less than 24 hours before the start of their charter or tour will not be eligible for a refund. Guests may change their reservation without any fees up to 24 hours prior to the start of their activity. No-shows and late arrivals will not be refunded.
