Semi-Private 2 Hour Dolphin/Whale Search & Sightsee Tour on Maui.
Adventure along Maui's West Coast from Lahaina and to the island of Lanai in search of dolphins and humpback whales, sightseeing, Hawaiian stories, snacks & beverages!
**Humpback whale search will only be included for the month of November and April 15 - May 15 due to whale season migrations. Whale season is officially during the months of December- April.
**Dolphin search will be every month because they are in Maui year-round!**

This tour has no in water portion, all sightseeing will be from our small eco-raft, so can stay dry and still have an ocean adventure.

Maui's only Semi-Private Eco-Raft Dolphin Watch Tour! Board our small group vessel for a Maui sightseeing adventure.
Our award winning tours departs from Lahaina, Maui, and explore the coast of West Maui and Lanai, searching for wild dolphins and humpback whales and sightseeing the island's coast from the water.
This tour has no in water portion, all sightseeing will be from our small eco-raft, so can stay dry and still have an ocean adventure!
Our marine naturalists share fun facts about marine animals and the islands. Take a break snacks and beverages. Our small group tour means avoiding the crowds and a fun, family style experience!

Tour Guidelines
- **Dolphin/Whale sightings vary in the wild and are not guaranteed.**
- Whale searches are only for the month of November in early season and April/May end of whale season.
- Due to safety concerns, no pregnant women or people with back or neck injuries or children under the age of 3.
- Please bring sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.
- Please no spray sunscreen.
- Low to water vessel can have ocean spray, bring a waterproof bag for personal items.
- Just provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for a full refund, 72 hours notice required for groups of 5 or more for full refund. 7 day notice required for private charter cancellations.
- Tour is subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather or capacity.

Mahalo for booking our **2 Hour Dolphin Search and Sightseeing Tour**! If you booked your tour for May or November, searching for whales will also be included due to their migration patterns to Hawaii.
Please ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR START TIME (or you will miss boarding the boat).
#Location
*NEW* Temporary check-in location this season post wildfire:
- Check-in Time: 30 minutes prior to your tour start time.
- Check-in Location: DIVE MAUI Shop, 1223 Front St, Lahaina, HI, next to Snorkel Bobs.
- Boat Departure: MALA Boat Ramp.
*We will take all guests to the departure location after check-in.*
#Parking:
Park on Front Street or near Lahaina Cannery Mall and walk toward the ocean to Front Street, go south and over the bridge, the dive shop is on the right before the blue Snorkel Bob's building. Some roads are closed in the area, give yourself extra time to find our temporary location.
#What to Bring
- **Waterproof bag** for phones or cameras. You'll likely get wet from ocean spray.
- Refillable **water bottle** to help us be more eco-conscious! (we have cups and purified water onboard too).
- Tour is a **barefoot charter** , please wear shoes you can remove easily prior to boarding.
- **Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses**. Only Reef Friendly Sunscreen is allowed by Hawaii law, mahalo for your kokua.
# Tour Guidelines:
- **NO pregnant persons, back or neck injuries, or children under 3 years for wildlife tours**.
- Due to our departure location, all guests are required to have the physical ability to **board the raft unassisted**.
- Life jackets are provided for emergencies but are not required to be worn during the tour.
- **To receive a refund/reschedule you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or 72 hours in advance for parties of 5 or more, private charters require 7 days notice.**
- Must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to my tour departure time to participant in the tour. Boarding passes determine the order of boarding. Passes do not guarantee specific seating selection.
- Tours are subject to change anytime by HIOCR due to weather, operations and capacity.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our group size limitations on some activities, we cannot absorb the cost of last minute cancellations. Coast Guard, County, and Insurance Agency regulations dictate the number of guests aboard each day. When you give us your credit card information to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:
To receive a refund/reschedule you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or 72 hours in advance for parties of 5 or more, private charters require 7 days notice.
Due to vessel style, no pregnant persons or children under 3 years old for whale/dolphin watching or 4 years old for snorkel tours. Due to the temporary boarding location, guests will need to have mobility to walk on their own in order to safely board the boat. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to these guidelines. Refunds will not be given in cases of guidelines not being followed and guests will not be permitted to attend the tour.
Tour is subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather or capacity.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the cancellation notification is received less than the policy stated there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.

Late check-in and no-shows will be charged the full price. Our trips depart on time and we do not want to leave without you. Please expect traffic delays due to construction in Lahaina and plan travel accordingly.
A doctor's note is required for health related cancellations within the policy window.
Hawaii Ocean Rafting cancellation policy supersedes all previous credit card agreements you have with your credit card company.
