About
Complete a short online course at home before arriving, join us for a pool training session with one of our Instructors, and then experience the rush of two ocean dives at the Magnificent Solitary Islands Marine Park.

By default, we book you in for 2 consecutive days when booking this course. If you would like to reschedule your 2nd day (your diving day) of your course, please contact us after booking and we will move your booking.
Requirements
- The ability to swim 200 metres or snorkel 300 metres (with mask, snorkel and fins).
- The ability to stay afloat or tread water for 10 minutes.
- You need to be healthy, and medically fit to scuba dive.
- You cannot Scuba Dive when pregnant.

By default, we book you in for 2 consecutive days when booking this course. If you would like to reschedule your 2nd day (your diving day) of your course, please contact us and we will move your booking.
The first day is your pool session day. For this you meet us at Jetty Dive Centre at 8am, where we will fit you for your equipment. Then we require you to meet us at the pool. Please ensure you have your own transport. Day 1 finishes at approximately 12:30-1:00pm.
For your second day, please ensure you are at the dive shop at 7:30am. After setup at the shop, you will have to meet us down at the Marina. Please ensure you have your own transport.
Ensure you have everything you need:
- Any of your own gear you would like to use (we do provide all required equipment)
- Payment for the remainder of your course if you have not already paid in full.
- Seasickness tablets in you require them (we suggest them! Do not use ginger.)
- And swimmers, a towel, and reef-safe sunscreen.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of ANY PORTION of your Discover Scuba Diving experience. If cancelled within 48 hours of the commencement of any portion, you may forfeit payment experience or section of the experience.
Final decisions for any refunds are up to the discretion of Jetty Dive Centre.
