Departure point is beside the Head of the River pub ( Folly Brg, St Aldate's, Oxford OX1 4LB), located on Folly Bridge in central Oxford. Our crew member will be waiting on the river side of the pub (not the road side) to check you in.
If you are walking from Oxford city centre, head towards Folly Bridge and look for the pub terrace by the river — our departure point is directly next to it. The nearest landmark is the bridge itself, and boats will be visible along the riverbank.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective only upon email confirmation to the company. Payment is forfeited for cancellations, and we do not offer refunds for poor weather.
If cancelled up to 14 days in advance, one postponement to a later available date is permitted.
Should unforeseen circumstances apply, which would affect navigation such as Flooding, The company will be in touch in order to reschedule.
