Few animals are more closely associated with Florida than the dolphin. While many amusement park attractions have dolphin exhibits, there’s nothing more wonderful than seeing these animals in their natural habitat.

##Location and Check-In

- Free parking available on-site (limit **1 car per jet ski rental**)
- Arrive **30 minutes early for check-in**. This tour begins at 8:30 AM. Guests who arrive late may still use their rental until 10:00 AM, but a tour guide cannot be guaranteed once the tour has departed.
##Before You Arrive
#####1. Complete Digital Waiver Form
- Every adult (18+) must complete their own waiver
- Minors (under 18) must be listed on a parent/guardian waiver

- Required for **drivers born on or after** January 1, 1988
- Not required for drivers born **before** 1988 or passengers
- NASBLA-approved lifetime boating licenses are accepted (must bring digital/physical copy)
- **Please Note: We do not offer the test on-site. You must obtain your digital certificate before you arrive**
##What to Bring
- Government-issued photo ID (drivers only)
- Cell phone (drivers only)
- Digital Florida temporary boating license certificate (if applicable)
- Credit card used to book (cardholder must be present with matching ID)
- Sunscreen, towels, and bottled water
##Safety and Eligibility
- Drivers must be 18 years or older
- Riders must be 3 years or older (children cannot be sat in front of the driver)
- Pregnant women may not participate
- Max 3 people per jet ski, combined weight limit: 450 lbs
- You cannot switch off passengers at our location during your rental. Who you leave our location with is who you must stay on the water with

Cancellation Policy
If you're a "no show" (i.e., you do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time), you will be charged the full amount.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Refunds are only issued if Wet N Wild Watersports cancels the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).
To cancel a reservation, you must call 850-243-2628 and speak directly with a reservationist during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST). Voicemails, texts, emails, or social media messages will not be accepted as valid cancellations.
