We're excited to have you on board for your upcoming fishing adventure with Cowboy Cowgirl Sportfishing Charters! Here are all the important details to ensure you have a fantastic experience:
📅 **Check-in Information** Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time The boat departs promptly at departure time.
📍 **Location** Find us at 1801 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, Florida 33040.
📍 **Getting Here** Follow the covered walkway and pass the boat ramp to reach our slip under the "Charter Boat Row" sign.
🚘 **FREE Parking** Please don't park until you find our boat. Ensure your taxi/Uber drops you off once you see us. We have plenty of free parking steps away from the boat.
🎫 ** Paperless Boarding** No need to print anything!

Cancellation Policy
For **private charters**, we kindly request a 7 day notice. Trip protection is available for an additional fee. If trip protection is purchased you can cancel up to 12 hours prior to departure for a full refund minus the TP & booking fee.
For **shared charters**, we kindly request a 7 day notice. Trip protection is available for an additional fee. If trip protection is purchased you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to departure for a full refund minus the TP & booking fee.
❌ ** Non-Refundable Bookings** Reservations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. However, we always strive to accommodate changes when possible.
🔄 **Rescheduling Option** If you must cancel with less than 7 day notice, don't worry! You'll have the opportunity to reschedule your fishing adventure, for a small rescheduling fee.
❌ ** No Show Policy** A "no show" without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your fare. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but hangovers, oversleeping, walking off at departure time, or any other reasons not mentioned are ineligible for a refund.
🛑 **Cancellations by us** If we ever have to cancel the trip for any reason, such as adverse weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a FULL REFUND. Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to reschedule you on another vessel or a different day/time.
📞 ** Prompt Communication** If you need to cancel or reschedule, please **text** us immediately at 305-304-2946. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
⚠️ ** Seasickness Consideration** Seasickness happens occasionally and is not a refundable situation. We encourage guests to take necessary precautions for a comfortable trip.

Health & Safety Notes
Required medical disclosure (guest responsibility): Guests must tell the captain about any medical conditions before departure. This includes pregnancy, back or neck injuries, heart issues, recent surgery, seizure disorders, severe allergies, and mobility limitations. This allows the captain to plan the trip safely and appropriately.
The captain is in charge.
This is for everyone's safety.
The captain's decisions about participation, the schedule, weather, and sea conditions are final. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in modified activities or being unable to participate.
Seasickness: If prone, take medication the night before and again in the morning (per label). Eat a light, non-greasy meal and hydrate.
Footwear & sun: Wear non-marking, non-slip shoes and use reef-safe sunscreen, hats, and UV layers. Bottled water is provided.
Alcohol: Adult beverages welcome in moderation; service may be curtailed for safety.
Kids & gear: Children must be closely supervised. Coast Guard–approved safety equipment is on board; life jackets available for all ages.
On-deck awareness & fish handling: Use handholds, watch hooks/knives, follow crew instructions, and no running. Non-eating species and anything not legal are released.
