#Important Check-In Information:
Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time at our ticket booth located at 202R William Street. After checking in at the ticket booth, you will receive boarding passes. You **do not** need to print the tickets that come with this confirmation email. Boarding passes will be given to you at check-in and are required for boarding the vessel. Boarding will begin 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
For your security, at check-in you may be required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card **must be identical** to the contact name listed on your booking.
Please note that parking availability around the Historic Key West Bight is VERY limited, and therefore finding a parking spot may take longer than expected. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly!

**What to Wear**
Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended (high heels are not recommended).
Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses are encouraged.
A light jacket is a good idea, as it can get cooler out on the water than on land.

Personal alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board. Beer, wine, champagne, and mixed drinks are available for purchase. Credit card only, please.

**Important:** Any directions or maps provided by SailKeyWest are only a rough guide. You are responsible for arriving at the activity's meeting location on time, so make sure to check with a second source that can provide specific directions from your starting point.
**Detailed Directions and Parking Information**
Check in 15-30 minutes prior to departure time at the Classic Harbor Line Ticket Booth located on the side of the Schooner Wharf Bar at 202R William Street in Key West, 33040. Our ticket booth is located at the end of William Street near the corner of William St and Greene St. Boarding passes are required to be picked up from the ticket booth prior to boarding. If you're having trouble finding us, please call our ticket booth: 305.293.7245. Boarding will begin 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Limited parking is available at a Pay-And Display Municipal Lot on Caroline Street between Margaret and William Streets (to your right as you approach the water at the end of William Street). Parking rates are $4 per hour, and the machines are credit card only.
There is a Pay-And Display Parking Garage located on the corner of Caroline and Grinnell Street. Parking rates are $4 per hour, and the machines are credit card only.
Biking or renting a scooter in Key West is perfect for getting around! There are plenty of places to stow your bike/scooter near our dock.
**By Car**
*You're headed to the "end of the line", let's say.*
* Cruise into Key West on Route 1 (the Overseas Hwy), which becomes North Roosevelt Blvd.
* Take a right on White Street.
* Take a left on Eaton Street .
* Take a right on William Street.

Cancellation Policy
##Refund/Rescheduling Policy
Due to the special nature of this event, tickets cannot be cancelled and refunded after December 15th without the purchase of Trip Cancellation Protection. After 12/15/2025, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. Requests for cancellation, refunds, reschedules, or gift card conversions must be made over the phone with a ticket booth representative at 305-293-7245 or you can email your request to publicsails@sail-keywest.com.
Most activities run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.
**Other Policies**
Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a full refund.
