Booking Notes
Weight & Capacity Limits:
Maximum Weight per Person: For safety reasons and equipment integrity, the weight limit is strictly 200 lbs per person. We cannot accommodate individuals exceeding this limit.
Occupancy: We do not allow three people in one kayak; the maximum is two participants.
Age & Supervision Guidelines:
Ages 9 to 12: Children in this age range must be accompanied by an adult in the same kayak.
Ages 13 and up: Teens aged 13 and older may paddle with another minor or a peer.
Note: While there are no strict exclusions, these age guidelines are strongly recommended for safety and the physical nature of the activity.
Health & Safety Recommendations:
For a safe experience, it is recommended that the following individuals do not participate:
Pregnant women or persons with recent surgeries.
Individuals with heart conditions, neck, back, or leg injuries.
Guests prone to panic attacks or discomfort in dark environments.
General Rules:
Sobriety: Any participant showing signs of alcohol or drug intoxication will not be permitted to take the tour.
Health Disclosure: Please inform the staff of any physical conditions before starting the excursion.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy (Individual Bookings):
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund or to reschedule.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within less than 48 hours or failing to show up at the scheduled time (No-Show) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Group Cancellation Policy (Groups of 10+):
More than 2 weeks' notice: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
1 weeks' notice: No refunds will be issued; the booking can only be rescheduled.
Less than 1 week's notice: No refunds or rescheduling allowed.
Health & Safety:
Recommendations: We recommend that pregnant women, people with recent surgeries, heart conditions, or back/neck injuries do not participate.
Sobriety: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take the tour.
Important Information
Guided Tour Only: For your safety, you must follow the guide's instructions at all times and stay with the group.
Mandatory Life Jacket: Must be worn and buckled at all times while on the water, regardless of swimming ability.
Physical Condition: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious back, neck, or heart conditions.
Drug & Alcohol Policy: Strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated, with no refund.
