**No refunds will be issued for guests who arrive at the wrong location. The cruise departure point is clearly stated in the cruise title (e.g. Federation Wharf), so please check the location on maps in advance, allow enough travel time, and arrive early for check-in.**
**Online Booking Management:**
Customers have the convenience to go online and manage their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation or Rebooking within 24 Hours:
Cancel or rebook your sightseeing cruise up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any additional charges.
No Refunds for No Shows or Changes After 24 Hours:
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or changes made after the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled departure time.
Refund or Credit for Operator Cancellation:
In the event of operator cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or operational issues, customers will be entitled to a full refund or credit.
