##DELIVERY INFORMATION:
• Boat delivery time depends on the distance to your vacation home, but the typical delivery window is 9:00–10:00 AM on your first day.

##PICKUP INFORMATION:
• On your final rental day, the boat must be back at your dock by 4:30 PM
• Please return the boat with a full fuel tank
• Delays may result in additional charges
Cancellation Policy
## Cancellation, Rental Disruption and Security Deposit Terms
### Cancellations by you
Please submit any cancellation **in writing**. Your refund is determined by when we receive your notice in relation to the scheduled rental start.
- **At least 60 days before the rental start:** 100% refund of the rental price.
- **At least 30 but fewer than 60 days before the rental start:** 80% refund of the rental price.
- **Fewer than 30 days before the rental start:** No refund.
If you cancel fewer than 30 days before the rental start, the full rental price remains payable. Payments already made will be credited toward this amount. Any outstanding balance remains due.
### Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling
We determine whether weather conditions require a rental to be canceled or rescheduled.
If we cancel your entire booking due to weather, you will receive a **full refund**. Individual days lost due to weather during a multi-day rental do not entitle you to a refund.
If you wish to cancel your booking because of weather conditions, our regular cancellation terms apply. Upon request, we will be happy to consider offering a voucher or rescheduling as a goodwill gesture. There is no entitlement to either option.
### Technical defects and replacement boats
If a technical defect not caused by you occurs, we reserve the right to transfer your booking to a suitable, comparable replacement boat. The replacement must be suitable for the intended use and have sufficient authorized passenger capacity for your booked group.
If we provide a smaller or less expensive replacement boat, we will reduce the rental price for the affected period in line with the price of the replacement boat. There is no additional charge for an equivalent or higher-category replacement boat.
If no suitable replacement boat is available, we will **fully refund the rental days you cannot use**.
### Damage caused by you
If you damage the boat during your multi-day rental, this does **not automatically entitle you to a replacement boat or a credit**.
We consider any goodwill arrangement on a case-by-case basis. The replacement and refund provisions above for technical defects not caused by you do not automatically apply to such damage.
### Security deposit and optional Damage Waiver
The security deposit depends on the boat you book. You can find the applicable amount in the boat description and during the booking process.
During booking, you may choose an optional **Damage Waiver to reduce your financial responsibility for damage**.
- **Standard security deposit of $1,000:** Optional Damage Waiver for $250.
- **Standard security deposit of $2,500:** Optional Damage Waiver for $750.
For covered damage, the Damage Waiver takes the place of the applicable standard security deposit and reduces your financial responsibility. The following terms apply to both options.
The Damage Waiver fee is **non-refundable** and applies only to accidental damage to the vessel during the agreed rental period.
The waiver does not cover:
- Gross negligence or reckless operation
- Operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Violations of the rental agreement or local laws
- Intentional damage
- Loss or theft of the vessel or equipment
- Damage caused by unauthorized operators
- Operation in restricted waterways
- Fueling errors, including misfueling
