About
Come experience one of WA’s best know dive sites! The 1.8km long Busselton Jetty is the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern hemisphere and Australia’s largest artificial reef. It is home to over 300 marine species and a new underwater art sculpture trail. Here you are likely to see a kaleidoscope of vibrant coloured fish, corals and sponges that have inhabited the Jetty for over a century, and are now calling these sculptures home.
With a maximum depth of 9m this dive site is suitable for scuba divers of all levels. We also dive here for our refresher dives, for those who haven't dived in more than 12 months, and Try Dives, for those who are not certified divers, but want to experience SCUBA diving in this magical location!

Guided Boat Snorkel Experience
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the magic of the underwater world? This is an unforgettable snorkel tour that guides you through the vibrant kaleidoscope of colour beneath you. Meet your guide on the Busselton Foreshore, East of the Busselton Jetty, where your adventure begins. You will be provided with equipment and shown to the fast boat that will be your chariot across the turquoise waters to the end of the Busselton Jetty. It's here you will swim among schools of fish, meet mermaids and whales along the famous underwater sculpture trail, and catch glimpses of curious cuttlefish and octopus. Whether you're a seasoned snorkeler or a first-time explorer, this tour promises a unique and breath-taking experience in the underwater world.
Guided Boat Dive Experience
This is the ultimate way to experience the Busselton Jetty. Meet your friendly dive guide on the Busselton Foreshore, on the Eastern side of the Busselton Jetty. Here you will be provided any dive equipment required, can get into your wetsuit and your dive gear will be loaded into the boat. Enjoy a short cruise while your dive guide provides a briefing of the dive site. Your guide will be with you every step of the way - All you need to do is relax and enjoy the incredible surrounds!
Unguided Boat Dive Experience
Your adventure starts at our shop in the Port Geographe Marina where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. If you have opted to add hire dive gear to your booking, this is when we will fit you with everything you need. After your equipment is set up you will be shown to the boat ready to board. Enjoy a short cruise through Geographe Bay to the end of the Busselton Jetty where the underwater sculpture trail awaits. Before jumping in, you will be provided a comprehensive dive brief and shown a map of the dive site you’re about to explore. The rest is up to you!
Please note:
- Dive equipment is not included in this tour. If you require any equipment it must be reserved when making your booking to ensure availability.
- Open Water certified divers wishing to participate in the night dive must book the 'Daylight to Darkness' package to familiarise themselves with the dive site during the day first.
Try Dive
If you are not a certified diver, but would like to experience the magical underwater world that lies beneath the Busselton Jetty, this one is for you! Please select the 'Try Dive' option in the calendar for more details and to book.
Refresher Dive
If you haven't dived in the last 12 months, or would like to refresh your memory, this is for you! Please select the 'Refresher Dive' option in the calendar for more details and to book.
Requirements
- Divers must be certified Open Water or higher to participate in diving activities
- Junior Open Water certified divers must be accompanied by a certified parent or guardian
- Certified divers that have not dived within the previous 12 months must book a Refresher Dive
- Open Water certified divers wishing to participate in the night dive must book the 'Daylight to Darkness' package to familiarise themselves with the dive site during the day first.
- It is a requirement that all divers have an indicator light or glow stick on their tank when diving at night.
- We ask all divers to arrive promptly at the tour start time to allow our boat to depart on schedule.

Booking Notes
Thanks for booking your next amazing dive experience with Swan Dive. For this tour please be at the Swan Dive Centre on or 5 minute's prior to the tour time to check in. Once checked in, we will start the tour and begin to gear you up in dive equipment. Following the dive briefs with our friendly crew we will board the boat for the fun and short ride to the dive site where we will jump in the water for our amazing dive.

##What to Bring
All dive equipment (if you have any), your diving certification card if certified, hat, towel, wind jacket and sunscreen. Rental equipment is included in this tour unless you booked the no gear hire option.
##Requirements
- Any Junior Open Water Divers must be accompanied in the water by a certified parent or guardian.
Please note: If you have selected the certified guided diver option at 12pm. You do not need to arrive until 12:45pm after the Refresher and Try Dive briefing has finished. At this time, you will join the group and dive together.
Cancellation Policy
All trips are dependent on weather conditions and minimum numbers met. Swan Dive reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour, charter or service if minimum numbers to run a tour isn't met or if the weather conditions make it unsafe or unpleasant. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. A Credit will be granted up to 24hrs before a tour and only a full refund/ Cancellation will be allowed 48hrs prior to tour time.
