Friends and family of race crew are most welcome as we attempt to work back through the fleet once out of Sydney Harbour to say a final farewell to all those with loved ones on boats heading south towards Hobart.
*Please note: the ocean cruise component is weather dependent, if it is too rough we will continue the cruise in the Harbour. Return times may vary on some cruises.*

##Cruise Information
Please arrive at least 15 min prior to your scheduled departure time and present your ticket(s) with your QR Code(s) to the Fantasea Cruising boat crew at the departure wharf.
Your cruise will depart from **Darling Harbour - Aquarium Wharf** at 11:30AM. **Boarding will begin at 11:15AM.**
The cruise will leave at 11:30AM sharp as we are unable to remain at the wharf past this time.
# Boxing Day Cruise Comfort Tips
Subject to weather and sea conditions we will be heading for the **open ocean** during your Boxing Day Cruise, and some passengers may be affected by **motion sickness**.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before the cruise about a motion sickness remedy appropriate for you.

## For Your Comfort
- The vessel may move due to sea and swell
- Eat only a light meal before your trip
- Avoid large meals before or during the voyage
- Rest well the night before
- If prone to motion sickness, purchase medication beforehand and take it **well before boarding**
- The most stable, comfortable area is at the back of the vessel on the lower deck
- The most movement is at the front of the main cabin, on the front deck, and inside the upper cabin
- Stay out of bathrooms if feeling unwell
- Bring warm layers, sunscreen, and a camera

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board, please follow these guidelines:
## Follow Crew Instructions
All participants must follow the guidelines and instructions provided by the crew at all times.
## Moving Around the Boat
1. Use both hands to hold railings or stable surfaces
2. Be mindful of trip hazards and slippery surfaces
3. Avoid moving around if the sea is rough or the weather is windy
4. Exercise extra caution when using stairs; keep your hands free to hold the handrails
## Child Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Cancellation Policy
## For ‘My NRMA members’:
- **100% refund or rebooking to another service** of same value if service is cancelled or abandoned by us.
- **100% refund** for customer cancellations with **more than 24 hours’ notice** prior to the commencement of a service, less any Cancellation Fee.
- **No refund** for customer cancellations with **24 hours’ or less notice** prior to the commencement of a service.
