##Booking Confirmation##
If paying by credit card, the reservation is not confirmed until valid government-issued photo ID is emailed to **info@ottawayacht.ca**. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the credit card used.

##Check In##
Every adult in your group [must check in](https://ottawayacht.ca/check-in/) before accessing marina docks & boarding a yacht. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required for each adult checking in. Please check in before arriving at the marina.
No one may access the marina & board a yacht until everyone has checked in.
If you booked the yacht for a group, please send this link to everyone and ask them to check in. **https://ottawayacht.ca/check-in-enregistrer/**
Minors (17 and under) may not check in. They must be checked in by an adult (maximum 4 minors /adult).

##Boarding##

Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Wait on the sidewalk for crew. Do not proceed onto marina docks.
Crew will greet you on the sidewalk and validate check in data before opening the gate to the marina for boarding.

You may purchase food from our menu. We offer charcuterie, gourmet sandwiches (with home chips), and tapas.
Food must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
###Drinks###
You may not bring your own drinks on board, including water.
You may purchase drinks on board: 2 white wines (by the glass), Prosecco (by the bottle), 4 top-shelf coolers, 3 local craft beers, sodas, and water.
Special white wine or bubbly order are possible if made 3 days ahead.
###Payment###
Payment for food, drinks, and gratuity is processed on board at the end.
You may pay with a tap by using a contactless card or an Apple Pay or Google Pay enabled device on our Square Reader. You may also insert a card into the Square Reader.
