Itinerary
- Check In & Safety speech: Arrive to Villa Marina, Fajardo Puerto Rico.
- Cruise Along the East Coast of Puerto Rico. From this point we will have a different perspective of the Las Cabezas de San Juan Lighthouse and Las Croabas. We will also observe in the distance other keys such as Cayo Lobos, Cayo Diablo and the Islands of Culebra and Vieques.
- Destination Option:
- **Palomino Island Option:** Approximate navigation time: 15 minutes. Snorkeling Stop and Beach Time. Enjoy time on the beach or use our floating mat while we prepare snacks and drinks.

- **Please note: this experience is sailed in a 27-foot boat in open water. On occasion we can expect choppy and or bumpy ride.**
- Depending on the maritime conditions of the day and the experience of our guests, the captain can adjust the itinerary and places on the islands to visit.

# Cancellation Policy — Pirate Snorkeling Shack
By booking with us, you and all participants agree to the following terms.

### General Cancellation Policy
* **Full refund:** Cancel **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled start time by calling us at **787-556-0104**.
* **Less than 48 hours notice:** Sorry, no refund — the full cost will be charged to cover expenses. Reservations made within 48 hours of the activity, as well as no-shows, are considered final and are non-refundable.
* **Changes to your booking:** Contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. A \$15 per person fee applies for guided tours, or \$10 per rental item, subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline change requests.
* **Be on time!** Your tour or rental time starts at your scheduled time and ends at the agreed time. If you don’t show up or arrive late, the activity will be considered completed — no refund. This applies to everyone, including cruise passengers.
* By booking, you agree not to dispute charges through your credit card or payment platform.

* Since we operate in nature, weather can affect plans. If we cancel due to weather, we’ll offer you the choice of:
* Rescheduling your activity for another date,
* Booking a different tour or rental, or
* A full refund.
* We make the final call on cancellations due to weather. Please don’t decide not to show up just because of weather concerns — if we run the tour and you don’t show, you’ll still be charged.
