**Important:**
Hotel pickup ranges between approximately 2 pm and 5 pm depending on the hotel and when the sun goes down (darkens). We will return from the tour between 1-11pm after the tour depending on when we make it out for the tour. If you paid with a deposit the full amount is due one day before the tour. Deposits are non-refundable!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible up to **48 hours** before your scheduled tour time **unless Trip Protection** was purchased. Please call or email us for all cancellation requests.
