Bioluminescence Tours in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida United States

Many different organisms create a soft blue or greenish glow in a saltwater environment at night to communicate, attract or when agitated. During our bioluminescent kayaking tour you can experience for yourself. We launch from the sandy beach at Guana Dam just before sunset and watch the colors in the sunset sky fade as the glow of the water below light up.

###Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your trip for check-in.
## There is a $3.00 cash entrance fee into the park.
##You will need to bring the following:
- Head Lamp or flash light
- Water Shoes that stay on your feet (not Slippers, Flip Flops or Crocs).
- Water and a snack
- Sun Protection; hat, sun shirt, sun lotion, sun glasses.
- Dress for weather; if it’s cool, overcast or cold; bring a warm layer.
- Optional; dry bag for your personal belongings
**It is recommended that personal items be secured in your vehicle or a dry bag, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or destroyed items.**

##BYOK - If you’re bringing your own kayak additional items you will need:
- A 12 foot or longer Kayak that is coastguard approved and in good working order.
- PFD; Personal Floatation Device, coastguard approved and Inherently Buoyant Type I-III.
- Inflatables are not allowed (there are no acceptations).
- PFDs must fit the user and will be worn at all times on the water.
