**Below are some details about your activity:**
We will meet you at your meeting time in Terlingua at the Further Adventures office and Desert Sports Bike Shop, or at the Lajitas General Store (this must be confirmed and arranged by phone).

Please remember to bring your park pass, as park entrance is not included in ticket price. The shortest duration of a pass is 1-week, and we encourage you to visit the park as many times as possible during your stay. You will be asked to purchase a pass on our way into the park if you do not already have one.
**A reminder that we have been asked to use the name Further Adventures in the Big Bend. That will be the name on sign, our vans and our gear. If there are any questions please give us a call at 575-758-2628.**
- **What to wear:** While weather is variable, and you should always check before your trip, in general for Big Bend day trips you should have a good shoes, a hat, sunscreen, water bottle, sun protective layers like long pants and long sleeve shirts, and a dry/clean change of clothes in your vehicle or ours for after your trip.
- **Payment:** Your credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance 24 hours before your trip departure. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please call 575-758-2628.
- **Tipping**: If you feel that the service and experience you received during your outing was exceptional, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Being that this is a service industry profession, 15-20% is appropriate.
- Please plan to arrive on time, there is no need to arrive early.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellation more than 2 weeks before trip date receives a refund minus 10% of trip cost. Less than two weeks before trip date forfeits 50% of trip cost. A cancellation within 24hrs or a “no-show” on the day of the trip will result in full-payment and forfeit any refund.
