Thank you for your reservation with Aussie Watersports of Traverse City! We look forward to helping make your boating/jet skiing experience a fun and memorable time.
**A few friendly reminders:**
• Be sure to electronically sign our waiver 3 days prior to your rental.
• Please note deliveries are made the morning of your reservation date and picked up the evening of your last rental day. We do NOT confirm delivery or pickup times until the day before your reservation. We will make note of any requests, but we CANNOT promise a requested time. We have a lot of boats being delivered and picked up daily. Times will depend on lake location, how long your reservation is for and how many reservations we have that day.
• We ask that you please arrive to your boat launch for deliveries and pickups on time as we have back to back reservations throughout the day.
• If you have a 1 day rental, it is an 8 hour time period. If you are renting for 2 days, the boat needs to be returned on the evening of the second day, so on and so forth for weekly reservations. Reservations are NOT 24 hour time periods!
• Our cancellation policy: Cancel up to 7 days prior to your reservation for a 100% refund. Canceling within 6-4 days prior to your reservation date will forfeit your deposit. 3 days or less and we charge you the full amount of the reservation.*
Security deposits are required on all boats, they are done as an Authorization only and will most likely show as a charge on your statement for 7-10 days. Please DO NOT use debit cards, we are not able to credit funds any quicker.
• *Please note, if we can rebook the product you reserved, eliminating the vacancy in our system, you will not be charged.*
